I debated presenting this, as a good deal of the ideas presented I just do not accept. Additionally, many of the commentators take a generally mysterious circumstance and make unsupported and grand claims based on these mysterious. However, the mysteries themselves and some of the ideas presented show one aspect of history's study that is usually never talked about...... that we just don't know. Much of our knowledge of history is based on assumption and conjecture. Some of these conjectures are likely more correct than not, but that does not mean we should just stop questioning our assumptions.
